Companies now do not have time to wait for effective leaders to naturally develop. In the new paradigm of rapidly scaling companies, leaders must be fostered and accelerated.
Everyone is a leader. Both managing teams and operating as an individual contributor, each of us is a leader because we impact one another and influence our company’s success. Founder
Leading the Rise was founded by Alexandra D. Crosswell, PhD to help rapidly scaling companies foster their next-level leaders. As is PhD-level psychologist who has spent the last 15 years studying how people thrive under the stress of modern life, she turns the science of human behavior into insights for accelerating the growth of female leaders in Silicon Valley. Leading the Rise combines insights from science and experiential learning with a focus on women early in their careers in technology companies.
